Rules

Be respectful to everyone.

• We all just want to have a good time with chill vibes. Please keep any and all drama off this server. Do not bring outside drama here and do not come here to personally attack or harass anyone.

Do not share personal contact information such as IDs, passports and addresses of yourself and others.

• Any sensitive information will be removed. Minors are advised not to reveal information such as their age, or post pictures containing school names/uniforms.

Do not spam in any way.

• This includes excessive usage of emojis, caps, links, messages, images/memes, tags, etc. All copy-pasta and chainmail is also considered spam.

Do not advertise or self-promote in any way.

• You may paste links to artwork and videos that you yourself have made. However, moderators can and will delete posts if they deem the link as suspicious or dangerous for fellow nikkis.

  • This is not a place to promote yours/your friends/any other affiliated business's products, game accounts, patreon, etc. Anyone found attempting to promote/sell their products will be immediately banned.

Although sharing fun glitches is allowed, do not share exploits or unreleased information about the game.

The server DOES NOT and WILL NOT support

• The usage or propagation of AI for the purpose of generating images, text, audio (including voice and music), etc. Most are based on scraping data without consent, and all can mislead our users. This ban is especially true if something generated by AI is stated, suggested, or can be inferred to have been produced by a human. This is also true if the file or link suggests something untrue and harmful, whether AI-generated, photoshopped, or similar.

• Any unauthorized AI agents, especially those stated, suggested, or which can be inferred to be human.

Allowed AI usage

• Tools used in assisting translation, when necessary to ease communication between server members, is allowed. This is not to be understood as supporting the replacement of human translators (all rules translated in this server are completed by a human being), but only in assisting them as necessary.

• As not all user avatars can be changed on a per-server basis, AI-generated avatars are exempted.

• Any AI use-case not stated must be validated by an admin, and will require an explanation of its necessity for the user.

No hate speech.

• This goes for *all* kinds of hate speech. Racism, homo- and transphobia, misogyny, ableism, fatphobia, and so on—we want everyone to feel welcome, no matter who they are or where they come from. Breaking this rule may carry especially severe consequences.

We especially want to emphasise that this server welcomes everyone in the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as people of minorities. It’s a dangerous world out there for many people right now, but we want to be a safe haven for you if you belong to a minority group. If you see something objectionable or bigoted that affects you, please contact a moderator about it, and we’ll do what we can to help.

Do not make light of tragic events.

• Making jokes, creating or sharing memes about tragic events or anyone being harmed, either by themselves or from others, is just distasteful. Regardless of the date of the tragic event, the extent of the event or your relation to said tragic event, we have absolute zero tolerance for it. Leave any and all unsettling, disturbing or otherwise dark conversations out of the server. Memes of guns/gun violence are not allowed.

Do not discuss, debate, or argue religion or politics or political events.

• Please refrain from upsetting anyone with polarizing or divisive topics.

No NSFW material. 

• This server is open for all ages, and will very likely be checked at times by people who are in public settings like school or work. We don’t allow pornography, nudity, or excessively bloody/gory visuals on the server (if you’re unsure if something you want to post would break this rule, ask a moderator).

  • As a sub-point to the above rule, if you want to post something that you think could be triggering or affecting to people (such as blood, or discussions of domestic violence), make sure to spoiler tag your message (with ``||these bars around your message||)`` and specify why you spoilered the thing. This is one way of being kind to your fellow server users!

If another player is making you feel unsafe or uncomfortable, immediately ping a moderator

• This includes when receiving DMs, either for unsolicited advertisements or regarding harassment. Always block anyone contacting you if they make you uncomfortable.

By agreeing to the server rules you are accepting all past, present, and future rule changes.

Use common sense!

• If a moderator re-directs you to stop doing something, either in a text channel or in a voice chat, it is generally a good idea to listen and do so. This includes Direct Messages (DMs). All members of the moderator staff are responsible to abide and enforce the server rules and Discord ToS, so insulting or lashing out at a moderator will result in a removal and ban from the server.

Reminder

• Nikkis may receive a reminder in chat or via DM, if they are engaging in conversation that may lead to more serious rule breaks.

Temporary Mute

• Nikkis who are spamming, persistently causing issues, or are otherwise acting unseemly may be temporarily muted. The length of time depends on the severity of the action.

Official Warning

• All official warnings regarding rule-breaking behavior are done in a private chat and are labeled as official warnings.

Ban

• Nikkis are typically banned when they receive 3 official warnings. However, depending on the severity of a violation, a user may be banned sooner or later. Each situation is evaluated on a case by case basis.

Bannable offenses also include the following:

• Any Nikkis found to be impersonating someone, either by changing their username/nickname or profile picture.  Users that are found to request nudes, or creep on any other member of the server. Plagiarism, which is the act of stealing someone's work and claiming it as your own. Doxing, which is the exploitation of someone's personal information typically with means of malicious intent. Mini-modding which is the action of acting as/speaking for, giving warnings or enforcing rules as if you are a moderator (this includes in text channels, voice channels, or DMs). The promotion of or sharing of illegal or banned websites/streaming services. 

Recording vcs (voice chats) is not allowed on the server. 

• Even with means of recording someone breaking a rule, a Nikki is not allowed to do so. In the state of California, where Discord is headquartered in, it is against the law to record without consent or means of malicious intent, so it is **illegal** regardless of the original location that a user accesses Discord from. Discord **does not** follow international law, it strictly abides by the state of California law. **Anyone who is found breaking this rule will be banned.**

No hagan spam de ninguna manera

• Esto incluye el uso excesivo de emojis, letras en mayúscula, enlaces, mensajes/memes, etiquetas, etc. Toda la copia-pega y cadenas de mensajes son también consideradas spam.

No hagan publicidad ni autopromoción de ningún tipo

• Pueden publicar enlaces a piezas de arte o videos que creaste tú. Sin embargo, los moderadores pueden y van a borrar publicaciones si consideran que el enlace es sospechoso o peligroso para otros nikkis.

  • Este no es un lugar para promover productos de empresas, cuentas de juego, patreon, etc. Ya sean tuyas de tus amigos u otros afiliados. A cualquiera que sea encontrado intentando promover/vender sus productos será inmediatamente baneado/removido. 

Aunque el compartir fallos/glitches es permitido, No compartan explotación o información sin publicar acerca del juego.

Este servidor NO permitiré NI permitirá

• El uso o propagación de IA con el fin de generar imágenes, textos, audios (incluyendo voz y música) etc. La mayoría son basados en la extracción de datos sin consentimiento, y todo esto puede engañar a nuestros usuarios. Uso permitido de IA

• Herramientas usadas para asistir en traducción, cuando sea necesario para facilitar la comunicación entre miembros del servidor, es permitido. Esto no debe entenderse como un apoyo a la sustitución de traductores humanos (todas las traducciones de la reglas en este servidor son completamente hechas por seres humanos), pero solo para ayudarles de ser necesario.

• Debido a que todos los avatares de usuarios pueden modificarse por servidor. Los avatares generados por IA están exentos.

• Cualquier caso de uso de IA no mencionado tiene que validarse con un administrador, y va a requerir una explicación de su necesidad para con el usuario.

No lenguaje de odio

• Esto va para todos los tipos de lenguaje del odio. Racismo, homo y transfobia, misoginia, discriminación por discapacidad, gordo fobia y así sucesivamente-

Queremos que todos se sientan bienvenidos sin importar quienes son o de donde vienen. Romper esta regla puede traer consecuencias especialmente graves.

Queremos destacar sobre todo que este servidor le da la bienvenida a todos en la comunidad LGBTQIA+, así como también a las personas pertenecientes a las minorías. Es un mundo peligroso afuera para muchas personas justo ahora, pero queremos ser un refugio seguro para ti si tú perteneces a un grupo minoritario. Si ves algo ofensivo o intolerable que te afecte, por favor ponte en contacto con un moderador al respecto y haremos todo lo posible por ayudarte.

No tomarse a la ligera los eventos trágicos

• Hacer bromas, crear o compartir memes acerca de eventos trágicos o de alguien siendo lastimado, ya sea por si mismos o por otros, es simplemente desagradable. Sin importar la fecha del evento trágico, la extensión del evento o tu relación con dicho evento trágico, tenemos cero tolerancias para eso. Deja fuera todas y cada una de las conversaciones inquietantes, perturbadoras u oscuras de este servidor. No se permiten memes de armas o actos de violencia con armas. 

No discutir, debatir o comentar acerca de religión o política o eventos políticos

• Por favor absténganse de molestar a los demás con temas polémicos o divisivos.

No material NSFW (No apto para el trabajo)

• Este servidor esta abierto para todas las edades, y muy probablemente va a ser revisado en momentos donde las personas estén en entornos públicos como la escuela o el trabajo. No permitimos pornografía, desnudez o visuales sangrientos/gore en el servidor (si estas inseguro de si algo de lo que quieres publicar va a romper esta regla, pregúntale aun moderador)

  • Como un punto secundario debajo de esta regla, si quieres publicar algo que piensas que puede ser un desencadenador o afectante para las personas (como sangre o discusiones de violencia domestica), asegúrate de poner una etiqueta de spoiler en tu mensaje (con `||estas barras alrededor de tu mensaje||``) y especifica porque has puesto un spoiler. ¡De esta manera estas siendo amable con tus compañeros usuarios del servidor!

Si otro jugador te esta haciendo sentir inseguro o incomodo inmediatamente contacta a un moderador

• Esto incluye al recibir mensajes directos, ya sea por anuncios no solicitados o por acoso. Siempre bloque a cualquier persona que se ponga en contacto contigo si te hace sentir incómodo.   

Al aceptar las reglas del servidor, aceptas todos los cambios de las reglas pasadas, presentes y futuras.
